"My husband and I were finally planning a trip together (with no kids) to Costa Rica. I could not have asked for someone more knowledgeable. We started planning this trip 1.5 years before we were even going. Sierra took the time to answer ALL (and there was a lot) emails and even phone calls in a timely fashion. When it came to booking the resorts (we went to 2) she first asked what were were wanting out of the vacation and what our expectations were...on this information she sent us a couple options that fit our criteria. Sierra also booked the majority of our excursions (my husband and I only booked 1 day through the resort directly, and it was last minute). Sierra went above and beyond. I actually ended up getting sick while we were away and she was able to contact our driver to let them know I was unwell and they were able to help along the way. She even contacted the resort to let them know and they called our room to see if there was anything they could do. All of the transfers that we booked were exactly what we asked for and the price that we were told prior to booking them. The tours Sierra booked prior to us going and even while we were there were exactly what we wanted and were the same price or even cheaper that booking directly through the hotel. Sierra contacted the vendors for us directly even when we decided the day before that we wanted to add a tour and then sent us all the information. The anniversary champagne and note from Sierra was once again another way she went above and beyond. My husband and I had the time of our lives. There were NO surprises and the app that had all of our information was perfect! It was so nice to have all the information on flights (including updates) or excursion information and hotel information all in 1 section and very easy to manage. Our flights home ended up changing times and the app notified us right away. Sierra Aquino was able to give this happy couple 10 days of romantic bliss! I will definitely be contact Sierra again for our next vacation."
